Our "Supervisory Attitudes" online assessment will help you uncover your own attitudes towards your subordinates.  There are no "right" or "wrong" answers, just a gold mine of information you can use to improve performance across the board.

10-20 Your score indicates you operate as a Theory X type manager.    
Theory X managers assume that subordinates have an inherent dislike of work and will avoid it if they can.
